  1. Title: Someone is flying a kite
Galerie Bernau - Bernau bei Berlin, Germany

    Media workshop - installation
    Size 255cm x 175cm x 7mm
Materials authentic 250 1-US dollar banknotes, stainless steel structure, paper-to-metal epoxy transparent glue

The work is inspired by the hyperinflation occurred in the first half of the 20th century in Germany and the Wall Street crash of 1929, comparing its consequences with the turmoil caused by the financial crisis of 2008 spread from US.
The implementation of the work was based on the construction of a kite made of US dollars, as a reference to those of German children made of marks during the hyperinflation, as banknotes were worth less than paper due to the crisis.
